how do i install a new OS to my HTC Touch Phone?

I have an HTC touch phone and it in Italian language, have Windows Mobile. it s cannot change settings to what English rather than I wanted to do. You must install a different operating system? In that way? where? Guide!

Try going to Start Menu > Settings > Regional Settings(in ‘System’ tab) and switch is to English. If that doesn’t work, you may have to flash a different ROM to your phone.
