| I got this cradle exactly on Black Friday; but I asked my dad to sent it to me after Christmas season (so it wouldn't be lost in the mail) and I got it in perfect condition! It is great! I love the light! In fact, I leave it on the whole night even when my TE2 is not plugged in! I highly recommend one of these for every Palm user! |

| This cradle is just what I expected and more. Is easier than cradles for other pdas. I like the way it give you the opportunity to use the pda in the cradle. |

| Received the cradle within 4 days of ordering it. The sync worked a few times. the charger works all the time. The main problem with the sync is not the cradle but the Tungsten software and the 64 bit vista operating system on my laptop. When I used the 32bit operating system on my desk top, the syncing worked fine. In the end I had to use the bluetooth operation to sync. |

| Since quite before purchasing this gadget, I already knew it was a simple accessory with the solely purpose of sync and charge my handheld while keeping it organized vertically in a craddle. The craddle itself is very stylish, and the light is not annoying at all, as some other reviewers have been writing about, especially if you are working in a well-illuminated office -- this is my case. If you can organize the cables far or close enough from your USB port (the provided cables are too long, which can be necessary sometimes, but may also result in a messy desk if you work in a small place), you will have no significant problems on working with this craddle bounded to your desktop computer or even your laptop. Simple, stylish and do all the purposes, and with a great price. |
